OshiZone
Privacy center

Your identity deserves a smaller circle.

This page explains the privacy architecture and handling principles behind OshiZone’s application and creator workspace.

The simplest rule: OshiZone will never ask you to send an ID through email, text, or direct message.

01

What we collect

Application details include your confirmed email, legal and stage names, date of birth, country, optional contact details, consent records, working boundaries, and the information you submit for identity review. If you become a client, we also keep creator media you upload, posting instructions, account permissions, work records, performance metrics, announcements, and action items.

02

Why we use it

We use this information to confirm identity and adult eligibility, review applications, enter and administer agreements, provide requested management services, maintain account security, document consent, and meet legal and compliance obligations.

03

Email verification

Creating an account starts a secure browser session so you can see your private workspace immediately. We then use Postmark to deliver the one-time code that confirms control of your email address before identity onboarding unlocks. Postmark receives the destination email address and verification message as our email delivery provider. Codes expire after 10 minutes and may be attempted only a limited number of times.

04

Identity files

Government ID and verification images are stored separately from everyday creator records. The main database keeps controlled metadata and review status; it does not store the document bytes. Never send identity files to OshiZone by email, text, or direct message.

05

Access and review

Identity records are intended only for authorized verification and compliance workflows. Access decisions, status changes, and important record actions should be attributable through an audit history. A verified badge is private to the creator workspace and does not expose legal identity.

06

Creator media

Images and videos submitted to the content library are security-scanned before storage, encrypted outside the public web directory, and available only to you and authorized OshiZone staff. Each upload records whether it is intended for a post or vault, any instructions you provide, and your confirmation that you own it or have documented permission from every identifiable adult.

07

Retention and deletion

Different records have different legal and operational retention needs. Identity files should receive an explicit deletion date or legal-hold status, then be removed when no longer required. OshiZone will publish the applicable retention schedule before accepting public applications in each supported jurisdiction.

08

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete eligible information; withdraw optional consent; or close your account. Some records may need to be retained for fraud prevention, disputes, contracts, or legal obligations. OshiZone will explain any exception that applies.
